| Christine | Ordered a Miele dishwasher 3/2. Paid and was given a delivery date of 3/13. Husband took the day off from work to wait for the delivery. Decided to call because I didn't have a delivery time frame. I find out not only is it not being delivered they don't even have a dishwasher there for us. What if I didn't call? Why didn't anyone at Basco know about this. No follow through. Just take the money and forget about it. I guess I'll be hand washing dishes for a few more weeks... |
