I received excellent service from Paul Hebert. In the initial call he replaced the heating element. He explained and then showed me what was wrong. He had to come out a second time because the fuse blew but did not charge me. Gave me excellent advice on how to improve the efficiency of the dryer by cleaning out the vent. His rates were reasonable.
