I listened to my friends and called Steve's AR right away and was scheduled for the end of the week. I then contacted LG warranty to make sure it was covered. Like any warranty, I had to fight with them to get them to cover it. Debbie at Steve's AR fought LG right along side me to get them to do what was right! She was amazing! Steve came out yesterday and immediately knew the issue. He was here about an hour and was very thorough in making sure it was fixed and maintained. Obviously, the person giving Steve's AR a negative review has their own personal issues. Because I can't imagine anyone saying that Steve and his staff are anything but professional, highly experienced, and exceptional!!! Steve's AR will ALWAYS get my business!! They are very knowledgeable and super easy to work with! |
