| pat rice | Really bad service. Still trying to get my door to shut after they replaced it .also they smoke cigarettes in there shop..... Super unprofessional and I'm super lenient on that kind of thing because I've been a server and know what customer service is and this is the opposite of that .If I could give minus stars I would, just awful don't take your RV here just go to Redmond. Every thing they have told me was false and obtuse about a simple fix. I probably could of done the job myself.... Give me a break . |
| Charles M | We were on our final leg home of a 3 week road trip. Blew a suspension shackle on our trailer going through Madras. Les Schwab wanted to sell me a new tire, but had no interest in fixing the shackle. Dave worked us in his schedule and got us back on the road within a half day. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend! |
