| Kathy Godare | The technician proceeded to pull the lightbulb out of the socket, thus breaking it. They don't carry those type of parts he said and I would have to go out and buy one. I had just replaced the bulb and what I needed was the glass cover put on so it wouldn't fall off as it had been doing. I tried to do it may times,however it kept falling off. Perhaps I didn't have the strength needed to secure it. That is what the appointment was for. So, now I have purchased two more bulbs and am waiting for the next appointment to fix the problem. |
