Jesse was very helpful and informative. I will admit that I am very drawn to modern looking TV commercial bag-less machines so when Jesse started telling me what they had with some other vacuums, I was wondering if it was going to be awkward convincing him to let me buy the sweet shiny bag-less I came intending to buy. But he did a great job of explaining the strengths and weaknesses of the different machines. His information guided my decision, what was going to work best for my family. He wasn't pushing and was very comfortable offering up the bag-less machines if that's what I wanted. Best yet, after selling me on a bagged machine, he happened to have one that was just traded in with almost no miles on it! I got a great vacuum at an even better price! It came with a great warranty and some free checkups! I am super pleased with my purchase. It works amazing and it was just what we needed!

Jesse Alexander has come to my rescue - again! The switch on my vacuum broke, I have company coming for Christmas and just took my daughter's dog back to her so I needed to do a good vacuuming but, alas, the vacuum was toast. I ran the vacuum over to Stark's close to closing time, as it turned out. Jesse said the good news was the part was going to cost 14. The bad news was it was going to cost 80 to install. I asked if this was something I could do myself. The nice fellow from the back came and laid out the part. Both said they were pretty sure I could do it myself. Then, when Jesse looked up the part in the computer, it ended up costing 12. Once paid for we discussed how to take off this here, that there, use nuts for these and voila, the repair was done! This is the second time I've gone over to Stark's and they have been willing to sell me the part, show me how to do the install, to save me money. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
