| Loves Llamas | The guy Drew came. He was polite, and knowledgeable. My problem is, on line the reservation said 89 for him to come plus parts etc.. He walks in, and says, "Oh, that's wrong, it's raised to 139." For a fixed income person that is a significant difference. So this is not on him, it's on the Bait and Switch price wise. As an aside, the machine worked fine, he was gone in 5 minutes. I would have gone somewhere with a more reasonable entry price. |

They ordered the parts shipped to house and scheduled an appointment to install new parts and get appliance back in service. The entire experience was hastle free. I would definitely call them again. |
