Appliance Repair by Borland Coastal Electric Inc in Gearhart, Oregon

I would like to respond to the customer who claims I yelled at her. The caller requested an electrician because her yard sprinkler quit working after we did electrical work earlier that month. We told her we did not work in that area but would be happy to check it out. If the problem was not warranty then a service call fee would apply. She agreed. Upon checking the problem, her landscaper had unplugged the system. She then said since I have you here for the 1 hour, could you please help hang my screen door. We were very happy to do it. When she got the 1 hour service fee she agreed to she refused to pay the bill. 2 sides to every story.

I thought that I had an issue with this company for a short moment but for anyone out there wondering about him the owner of this company has more integrity than most men I meet these days I wrote a review on this place it was not a good one and the owner called me the very next day and told me that his company was not like I assumed and he talked to me and he corrected me on where I thought there was a problem not only that the man offered me a job and treated me with as much respect as anyone could ask for I would recommend this company to anyone and I've never met the man face to face you don't run across people like this much in a lifetime especially these days

I complained about a bill. When the owner called me, instead of listening to my reasoning he shouted, “I have to pay my employees. I'll take you to small claims court.” Hmmm.
