If i could give a half a star for this business i would! Went into this place to find an aerator for my kitchen sink. The clerk who helped me took me to the shelf to find a replacement. I told the clerk if it doesn't fit i would be returning it for another one. The clerk walked me to the counter and "wrote up" a receipt, instead of the typical receipt you get from a cash register. I went home and tried aerator and it didn't fit properly. I went back to store, and this old man behind the counter walks up and says How can i help you. I told him that this part wouldn't fit my sink, and he sarcastically says "Well you opened it, and I cannot take it back" I said to him "Well how did you expect me to get it out of the package"? He walks away from counter and goes back to the wall where these parts where located and comes back and says "Sorry, I don't have any other parts that would fit". He doesn't even offer to help me with getting another replacement part thru a catalog or nothing! I told him I wanted my money refunded, and he says "I'm sorry I can't take it back, it has been opened". I immediately said where is your sign in the store that says just that"? He arrogantly and rudely says to me "I'm the owner of this store, and I'll do whatever I want"!! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this detached business!!!!
