There are two bold claims of Veteran discounts "free service call with repair" "Discount Rates for Veterans" AND "15 off - new customers" When I called to get help because our refrigerator no longer cools the food, two separate people denied the discounts, free service or anything beyond a 10 discount off the repair - "No One is going to give you a free service call" is what the second person told me after the first gave me several different excuses. OREGON IS NOT RATED ON THE STATISTICS POLL FOR 2ND WORST PLACE FOR MILITARY PEOPLE TO LIVE FOR NO REASON, THIS IS THE TYPICAL RATE I'VE GOTTEN THE DURATION. They said they'd "honor you by providing service" but in no way, shape or form honored any of their clearly advertised discounts. They are taking advantage of a critical need for repair and denying the advertised discounts because they know the service is needed. SUCKS TO BE A WOMEN WITH A CHILD AND NO ONE ONE NOT PREYING ON IT!!!! |
| Mary Korwan | I have read the reviews and have mixed feelings. However, I called Oregon Appliance Repair and Chris came out to service my Sub Zero refrigerator. He was on time and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He ordered the parts and then a couple days later I received a call that the parts had arrived and we scheduled an appointment. It was easy and painless. Thank You Oregon Appliance repair for all your help and I will definitely be using you again. |
