After one month passed with no updates I started calling and leaving messages which were not returned. I put another inquiry into the refrigerator company who were of course able to get a hold of him and find out he was not following through on the repair. Thanks for making us wait a month for nothing! A courtesy call to let us know he was not able to coordinate this repair should have been made to us. We will not use him again. Find another repair person if you want timely and communicative service! |
