Patrick N. | I was passing through town and having car trouble. They were able to get me in quickly and back in the road. The service was very personable and reasonably priced. Note: They recently moved their location to 923 S. Chickasaw |
Erin Doughty | They work quick to get your car fixed |
Jared Campbell | This is absolutely the worst automotive shop in the state of Oklahoma. I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 in to have the blend door replaced and two days later it was done. When I got the truck home I noticed my brake lights stayed on all the time, and there were pieces of plastic from inside my cab now randomly in the bed of my truck, but I didn't immediately see anything wrong so I didn't think much of it. Come to find out a day later, they had broken my brake sensor and busted my dash to hell I have a dash cover on so that's why I didn't notice it at first while replacing my blend door. I calmly went back in the following day and the shop 100 denied breaking anything, even when I showed them pictures of what had happened, and said that it was already like that when I brought it in, which is nonsense. They tried to cover up the things they had broken and hoped I wouldn't notice, then denied all responsibility when confronted about it. Now not only am I out 600 for my blend door replacement, but now I'm also out the money to buy a new dash and brake sensor and have someone else put those things on as well, all because of a low-life unethical shop trying to scam everyone out of as much money as they can. Absolutely do not use this shop or you will get ripped off the same way as myself and others have. |
