Made a service call and was told the next day, our technician showed up exactly when they said he would come. Very friendly and knowledgeable about our product. Didn't try to sell us something we didn't need.Was in and out and in under an hour. Highly recommend!!

This is the second time we have used them for different appliances, and they were very knowledgeable and fairly priced. The first appliance could not be fixed for less than the cost of a new one, so we paid the 99 and were thankful for the advice. The second time they were able to repair the old dishwasher for a reasonable price which might buy us a few more years before we have to buy a new one. We are very pleased with the technicians and the punctuality.

I had a more than satisfactory experience! There was a little bit of uncertainty about the schedule, but once the tech arrived he did not stop until my problem was solved, which he did as quickly as possible. He was clean and respectful and went above and beyond to trouble shoot our appliance. He repaired damaged parts, instead of replacing them which saved us a lot of money. A year later and our machine is working better than ever.
