Maytag sent Guinco's technician Derek O to diagnose why our dishwasher started smoking and to repair it. Derek, who was both polite and prompt both times, not only replaced the part that had melted, but fixed two problems it had had since installation! It works better than it ever has, and that's exactly what you want to say after a service call. I was also impressed that I received an email from Guinco the day before with his name and photo, and that he wore booties so that he did not track in any dirt. I had such a great experience that they were my first call when our oven started flashing a code the very next week. Unfortunately, they do not work on GE.

I would not under any circumstances use this company they not only ordered the wrong part and took over three weeks to fix my stove top but the technician actually BROKE MY GRANITE While removing the stove top!!! Now six weeks later they are telling me they are not going to replace it!!! After calling them over a dozen times trying to get something done !!

This is a great company. They are very professional and organized when it came to scheduling my appointments. Robert was always early, which was great and very professional. I have used Guinco to repair my fridge and gas range. I would definitely recommend this company.
