Plus they make sign paper stating if left less than two years they could Reimburse themselves, plus they short my pay roll saying it was in their right to do it. 20 yrs in service I never seen anything like General Parts. One word, greed. They don't love this business or the customers that come along with. Don't work for them or use them unless you just have to, they will lie about everything. |
Steven Grey | This company is absolutely ridiculous, STAY AWAY. You will have a minor stroke trying to deal with these guys. I called in for a service call, I filled everything out App and a CC authorization like I'm about to buy a from them on a daily/weekly basics. Josh the service manager was professional at the time but when I've sent the application Tuesday. He now wants a photo of the CREDIT card back and front and trade reference. Hell no, that's what a damn CC authorization app is for, you can't have the image of my Business debit card. Then he says no to the information on the trade reference. He wants invoices or emails from the trade reference. For CHRIST SAKES ITS FOR A SERVICE CALL THAT MIGHT BE LESS THAN 400 BUCKS ON A WARRANTY. They promised Wednesday but now they said MAYBE Friday or Monday. I run a business and my stuff are getting ruined, there's no time for bad business ethics. All this run around and horrible attitude at the end from Josh and how the business is run. They won't be here for long. I should had confirmed with Absolute Restaurant Service. super professional and now I know why they are backed up a bit but it was going to be more firm on their promises. I made the biggest regret. |
