| Tuan Nguyen | Dropped off two amps on 5/17/11. Today is 7/5/11. I have not received a single call from them,and have had to call 8 times. Each time they told me the amps were getting worked on. Then they told one one amp was ready. I went to pick it up and the issue was still there, like nothing had been done. I call back multiple times and each time they tell me the parts are being ordered for my other amp. Finally I tell them it's been over 45 days and I have yet to get even an estimate of work from them, let alone a timeline. They finally tell me they aren't ordering the parts so that's a guarantee that one amp won't even get fixed. That could have been communicated 45 days ago, not today. I could have had the amp shipped off and fixed by now, seriously. Don't do business with them, they have no standards, and do not keep the customer informed. What a joke of a repair shop. |
