| Anum Lakhani-Brown | We had a representative come fix our water heater for our laundromat. His quality of work is great but today, I had an odd experience. The representative went to his car to fix a part but was out there for quite some time. When I went to go check on him, he was eating a pizza. When asked him if he was taking a break, he said no, he was working on a part and yes he was also eating at the same time. What was odd about it was 2 things. 1. This was something that could have easily been done inside the business, and 2. Typically, you are supposed to eat during your lunch break, not while your on the clock on someone else's dime. |
