I received a courtesy call from the delivery tech about 30 minutes before he arrived which was helpful since I was not home at the time. They did not install my appliances we asked them not to because we were replacing the kitchen flooring so they suggested leaving our appliances covered in their protective wrapping. All in all, we had a great experience with Anthony's. The pricing is fair for brand new and beautiful appliances plus the excellent delivery service they offer. I highly recommend them to anyone. |

Teretha Cooper | Purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator and I have had the ice maker replaced 3 times. The last time being Dec 10, 2019, I replaced the ice maker. March 1, called to let them know the ice maker stopped in February but was working in January. They want to charge again for a service call instead of being customer service oriented. I've been purchasing products from them for over 15 years but I will not be purchasing anymore if they refuse to see about their faulty replacement parts at their own cost for one. Ice Makers and service call cost is expensive. |
