| Johnny Fortini | Needs to improve scheduling and communication. Booked an appointment for 10 they call at 10 asking if they can come early for our 1 pm appointment. I reminded them of the 10 am appointment time and they replied with "we have already passed your road can we come around 12:30?". Well unfortunately 12:30 doesn't work for me I took the morning off to meet the repair guy at the 10 am time my appointment was scheduled for and have to return to work in the afternoon. It's just frustrating because I value my time and there's a million other repair men out there but wanted to give this company a chance. Well we tried....... |
