Samantha Anderson | I want to like this store... i really do... but after Many.. MANY attempts and experiences with them, I just cant do it. Every experience I have had with this store had been a negative one. Even just calling them to ask a question has been horrible. Unfortunately they are the only pool store with in a hour drive of our town and they know it. I have tried for 3 months to get pool services with them and their pool guy is very rude and very unprofessional. He also likes to remind us every time we talk to him that he "is the only pool man in the area". As if we have to deal with his unprofessionalism. I called to speak with someone last week regarding my pool. They told me they would have to take my information and call me back. Right before they got my information he told me to hold on a second. He then put the phone down. I could hear everything. I finally hung up after 20 min of being on hold. Called back and never got an answer. I have even been into the store several times and have had to wait so long for assistance that I just end up leaving. I could go on, but I wont. I will unfortunately keep using this store, but only because I have to. Like they say, they are the only pool place around. Its not like I have much choice. Its sad. |
Victoria Southard | I went here for the first time as I needed assistance with my pool maintenance, needing to know what cleaning supplies I needed for my own pool. I waited for a good 10-15 min in the store for the representative to acknowledged me. I asked if he would take time out, to go over the products with me. He did not seem happy, and treated me like I was ignorant about swimming pools, when in fact I grew up with a pool in my backyard for the majority of my life. However, he went over all the alkaline levels and pH levels quite fast, and when I said I had an above ground pool I was caring for in my new residence, he said "I'm sorry, that's unfortunate for you." During my time in the store, he was a lot nicer to the men who came in as customers than me, a 30+ year old woman, who he treated like I was a child who made a careless decision of trying to maintain my own pool. I ended up getting two items from this store, but this is the last place I would advise a woman to go to get assistance for their project/ maintenance endeavors, they might treat you as ignorant fools, like he did me. |
