Appliance Repair by Wichita Snider Mechanical in Lawton, Oklahoma

I called in asking to speak to someone about a tankless water heater. I had to call 3 times before i finally got to speak to a technician I needed 3 minutes of his time. They scheduled an appointment for 3 days later in the AM, but did not call me to let me know what time. I called them that morning and they reassured me they would call me back to let me know what time. At 3:10 I have decided they don't need my business. I feel like the communication between the office and the employees is nearly non existent. This is a fair review of this company. I would encourage other people to find a company that is willing to 1 communicates better, and 2 do what they say they are going to do.

Beware, these people charge 100 an hour seriously for a service call whether they can fix it or not. And really could careless, whether it is worth it or not . If you question them on this, you will get an earful of attitude! To think these people are actually licensed by the state as a "professional", look elsewhere for service because you wont get it from them.

Good service, just not crazy on cost of inspection every 6 months to keep up the warranty
