| Loren Shreffler | Worst company I have had the horror of dealing with. This is the only Frigidaire service company in the Lawton area. Our dishwasher quit working a couple of weeks after we purchased it and it took this company a month and a half to get it running. They claimed to have fixed the problem three weeks in but switched out the wrong part. We finally have our dishwasher working, but while fixing it the last time the repairman flooded the area around the dishwasher and ruined the wood flooring, causing at least 1,000 worth of damage. The young repairman claimed the amount of water would not have caused that kind of damage and the owner refused to take ownership. This has been a complete nightmare. If you need Frigidaire warranty work done, do yourself a favor and just throw the appliance away, because you will be better of than dealing with this worthless company. |
