| Angela Hamm | I was visiting Disney Island during the weekend. I was camping at Grand Cherokee Park and wheeling Disney in my Jeep. I bought a heater and an extension cord at Walker's. I returned the extension cord the next day because a friend had one for me to use. The manager refused to give me a refund because I didn't have the original packaging which was a cardboard sleeve. I had my receipt that showed my proof of purchase and was still denied a refund. This was poor customer service. Maybe it's because I'm a Texan and not part of your little community, you didn't make this customer happy, and I will let others know about my experience. |
