| K Cheek | Terrible customer service. I bought a washer several months back and when I did my first load the basket busted to pieces. Now I did buy this as is but the man told me to bring it back because he wanted to make it right. I've since been in 4 times and get the run around and he kept the washer!!! I called today to see if he could repair my dryer at a cheaper rate or cut me a deal on a used one since he still had the washer I paid 200.00 for and won't return calls. He told us at one point to clam it and then he hung up. I will never go there nor recommend this place to anyone. |

| terri | I took my dryer in to be checked why it didn't work. They told me it was fried beyond repair. I didn't believe that sho I brought it home and it turned out to be the wall plug. Sho I paid for a service check that was obviously never done. |
