| Vivian Hinson | Was horrible. Worker told me twice where to find product instead of walking me one aisle over and showing me. Was shocked, from older generation. Find young worker who was actually helping people on aisle and waited till he was done with a customer. Pleased with his help. Then when checking out. Long lines. Only three opened registers. Lady in front of me bashing and cursing Trump for no toilet paper and then cashier calls for help on getting change. Boy shows up and says not authorized. Line getting irritable. Finally second guy comes. Has to leave to go get money. People having to use credit cards to get through. Worse experience at Lowes. |
