| Toni Wegscheid | Elite Appliance was at my home 4 times to fix a Samsung front load washing machine when the door didn't latch. Brian told me the last time he was here that all he needed to do was adjust the door and that he had adjust the door each time he was out. Lowes warranty bought out the washer as a lemon. I called and talked to Brian and asked him how to adjust the door while waiting for my new washer. He told me that there wasn't a way to adjust the door. When I told him who I was and reminded him what he had told me he did some fancy back tracking and said that you just lift the door and that the problem was basically a design problem. Moral is don't buy Samsung front loader and don't trust Elite Appliance for your repairs! |
