| Ria Patel | I call him several time , Bryan didnt came almost for five days and then i call again bryan said he will be there tomorrow and i told bryan to call me when you get there at the hotel he didnt came, my employee was there bryan told my employee that he is taking that motherboard and bryan told to my employee that he will back this evening by 7 which was saturday and bryan didn't came on Saturday and bryan came on sunday late afternoon and he said dryer is fixed and he called me and ask for the payment and i told him its sunday i am out of town but still i told my husband to go and pay him and he ask for 549 i asked why he said he have order that part, my husband said give me my old part and Bryan refuse to give part back he said he have to ship back so i told my husband tell bryan to give old part and take payment i don't mind paying u he refuse and end charging 300 and next morning Monday the dryer stop working so i called he didn't answer so i call from my business phone that if you have install new part it should not stop working, bryan hang and text me that he will call me back and he didnt call me back. I have call arrow machine from okc a week before and they came and match my part number that i bought last year with them so bryan install the part on Saturday it was not new . Be Aware please. |
