The home warranty company assured me they would not do business with anyone if they had continual issues with them. So I kept my appointment. They called to let me know they were on their way and showed up on time. They came in and fixed the issues we had in a very timely manner. They explained what the issues were. We had no issues with them and I would recommend. |

After their plumber turned off all our shut offs and main looking for a leak, after not finding the leak, he turns the main back on and states that we have to install another shut off before here can Do anything else. He leaves without turning our valves back on leaving us to discover multiple shut off valves were now leaking from him prying them shut for his tests. We now have to pay another copay for this dude to come fix what he should have known would probably leak after he'd been messing with those shut offs. We have the hot water off until next Tuesday after this holiday weekend when we can hire our own plumber to get this repaired. Do not go through this company. |
