I did not buy the extended warranty. I called for service twice and we thought it was fixed but the fuse the man put in did not solve the problem. Then I took the dryer to the business and asked if we couldn't work something out to get the dryer fixed. Steve said it needed a motor and he would put that in with NO charge. I APPRECIATE the way Steve worked with me and this predicament. He didn't have to go above and beyond in this way. For sure, had I bought the dryer at Home Depot or Lowes I do not believe they would have fixed the dryer for me. I highly recommend Dent and Ding Appliances with Steve in Chickasha and Norman. |
