| Doug Hightower | Ethan, I believe is his name, showed up on time and called first. I told him what was going on with our AC and he started his process of elimination. A piece of insulation had fallen on the evap coil causing it to freeze up. I felt like this was a situation I could of been taken advantage of but this young man was honest which reflects the company he works for. He only charged me for the diagnostic fee and even said that if that didn't solve the problem the next visit I wouldn't be charged the fee and would just have to pay the cost of the repair. That's how you keep people's business! |
