He wants to point out the fine detail in the owners manual saying you can't use a non-LG brand water filter or your warranty is void. Give me a break. Last time it was "your dishwasher had to be professionally installed or your warranty is void". He's a stickler that wants to get paid for the visit and not do any work. Don't let the manufacturer send this guy. He has terrible people skills. |

| Everett Rister | I would not even rate this guy a 1 but it is the only way to be able to leave a review. My service was scheduled for Monday and I called Friday to confirm. Left a voicemail with no return call back! He of course was a NO CALL/NO SHOW as it appears he has been to others. Fridgadire even called and again he did not answer his phone or even call them back. What a waste of a company! This is suppose to be a service company?? Well being a security technican for the last 10 years this company is nothing but a joke!! Close your doors and stop wasting peoples time that they have to take off of work for you not to show up!! |
