He quickly checked it out & said there would not be a cost because it was still under a 5 year warranty. He fixed the problem in about 1/2 hr. Only problem was we purchased a new unit, due to other issues that we knew about, that was going to cost over 1/2 the price of a new unit! New unit has up to a 10 year warranty for most problems that we experienced with the old one. |
