Sony Fraudulently Activities: I feel so violated by Sony. I am disappointed and at a disbelief with this company. There were six 99.99 charges placed on my credit card by Sony, on the same day, and back to back. I reached out to Sony for a refund and they refused to refund me. I explained that this was fraud, obviously. I called several times and talked to several agents and informed them that I did not authorize the charges and that the six 99.99 charges that appears on my account is obviously fraud. The agents continued to tell me that they would not refund me. I asked them to put their self in my shoes and think about the six unauthorized charges for 99.99. I then explained that this was fraud 101; this basic fraud! Why would I make these charges? No one would help me. I'm just saying Sony is a fraud, a scam artist, and a ripoff that everyone should be aware of!

Charged me 40 just to look at my laptop and told me that the retina display was the issue. Took my laptop to a different company, WHO EXAMINED IT FOR FREE, who told me that it was actually a corrupted hard drive. I got my laptop fixed there and haven't had a problem since.

I dropped my daughter's laptop off in May they never called never did a good job working on it she went through the whole summer break without it .I never got it back until September and it was in worse shape when I got it back do not trust these guys !!!
