I let them have a look & they told me that my motherboard went out on the laptop rendering it basically useless and that the motherboard would have to be replaced to work. I took my laptop to Best Buy in Grove City & let their “Geek Squad” work on it and I had it returned to me the next day. The problem with the laptop was a hard drive gone bad. A very minor issue compared to a motherboard failure. Basically, get a second opinion anytime you're having electronics looked at. The associates at Leading Edge were very nice and helpful, but the issue they described with my laptop was inaccurate, & if you're anything like me & don't know a lot about your technology devices definitely get a second opinion. |
