Brian was punctual and kind and even took his shoes off before coming inside. He checked my new dryer to make sure the long drying times weren't due to an issue with the machine and he corrected the seal from the vent to the machine. Very happy with the quick service and the fact that he arrived within 45 mins of the two hour service window.

Ace was able to work with my schedule and arrange a more narrow time slot so that i could get to my appointments and still have a next day assessment of my washer. Tony was very polite and helpful, explained everything he was doing, even showing me the problem parts. He was well prepared and had brought the replacement part and fixed the machine on the spot. Very thankful to be able to do laundry again, so quickly. I'm the second person in our neighborhood to use Ace for repairs. our neighbors had work done on their refrigerator and told me they wouldn't use anyone else from now on. We are both VERY pleased with the service Ace provided!

Ace came the day we called when our fridge started making weird noises. The technician was there on time and was able to tell us exactly what the problem was. He came back the following week after we defrosted the fridge to fix the problem. Setting up service both times we called was very easy and it was great that they were flexible with our work hours. We will definitely use Ace again if we have another issue with any of our appliances!
