| john martin | Amazing employees tried to take care of us and do anything they could to keep us happy. But the manager steve makes all transactions horrible worst customer service ever. Had to send a washer back 6 times so far and still not fixed. last time we spoke to him he tried to tell us nothing was wrong with it, when the people that brought it back showed us the parts they "fixed". needless to say he is not willing to work with us rather then telling us he will take some money off a new one. Completely ridiculous DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BRANCH!!! STEVE MAKES THIS COMPANY A JOKE!! |
