| Sharon Baker | Very poor service. I bought a Kenmore Elite dishwasher that didn't work. I called Sears and they set up a service call. I was scheduled for Nov. 25. They called and cancelled, rescheduling me for the day before Thanksgiving. They called and cancelled that day too, rescheduling me for Dec 2. They called and cancelled this day as well, rescheduling for Dec. 3. All appointments were between 1 and 5. I have changed my plans twice and now 3 times. I have sat here for 3 days waiting and now again tomorrow. So, I the plans I had for last week that I rescheduled for today had to be rescheduled for tomorrow. And now I have to try to change my plans again. I think we will have to load the dishwasher up and take it to the nearest Sears for a refund. |
