Carrie Lyons | I requested that I talk to the Sears Service person before he came over. I already knew what was wrong and wanted to get a price estimate for the part. The people who set up the appointment for me that they did not know who was going to come but we would get a call the day of the service or the day before they were to come. We were contacted by an automated call that left no options to talk to someone. So the service guy shows up and says yes, I know the problem WHICH I KNEW and said it was a 700 part. I can buy a new stove for 700. 700 so I can read the time and temperature of the oven!!!!!!! Had I been able to talk to someone I could have saved the visit and the 95.00 SERVICE FEE. I will never call Sears again and I will never buy Sears Kenmore or other products again unless you can figure out how to make this right. Rick Lyons Middletown, OHIO. |
Bill Krick | I have a snow thrower that wouldn't start. Mike worked on it for an hour or so and determined it needed a new carburetor. He ordered one and came back the following week. Before he arrived, I tried to start it up; it started up. When Mike arrived, he checked it further and determined it was back to normal. We figured that we must have flooded it the week before. I would recommend Mike to anyone needing service repair. |
