Hollis and Terry are wonderful at what they do and hardworking individuals. My older ford has been slowly giving out recently, even sometimes failing to start. After explaining my situation and what I could afford they did a minor repair just so I could continue to commute to work. They then told me what would be needed if I decide to keep the car and repair it, while going over the parts that could endanger my safety. Don't ever hesitate to stop by, honest guys willing to go the extra mile to inform and help you. No one ever “likes” to hear bad news or pay for repairs but thankfully they made it bearable.

We come here for tire repairs and oil changes, not necessarily the best place for walk-ins... appointments, if you can wait, are you best option.

We were driving past Indian Lake heading north at just after 5PM on a Friday and all of a sudden started hearing the most high pitch, treacherous noise from the front passenger brake. After analyzing for a few minutes and realizing that we may be in big trouble due to the time crunch and our rush to make a flight in Detroit in a few hours, I took a chance and called Laker Tire. Hollis I believe answered the phone again, after 5PM, on a Friday and when I explained our situation said we could stop by. As we were rounding the corner to the shop, we heard a rock hit the side of the truck and the noise ceased. We still wanted to stop by since we were basically there just to say thank you for holding the shop open. When we parked and explained we assumed it was fixed, he still did a walk around to check the temperature and wear. His sincerity and unmatched customer service is something I look forward to working with again. Highly suggest!
