| Joe Keller | We had Brad out to our house to look at our fridge and after 5 minutes he was able to apparently tell us what was wrong, issue with the low voltage board behind the display. He said he'd look for the part and get back to us. He reaches back out and says the part we need is no longer available and not only that they completely cut the contact. Fact is, I found board, it comes as a kit and I replaced it. This did not fix the issue but replacing the high voltage board did. This company ripped me off and was completely rude. Do not use these people as these people obviously have no clue and won't put in a little time to help a customer. |
