Shawn Angus | Had my windshield wiper transmission replaced here, they went above and beyond to get it fixed for me and did it in a timely manor. The mechanic even took me to work and dropped me off! I work local to the shop but it was a very nice thing to do. I would recommend them to friends. |
Ryann Friend | Great place and very friendly owner I would 100 percent go back and I would recommend it to anyone |
James II | I would have put zero stars if it was an option. Do NOT take a VW to these people, or anything actually. I had to beat my rim off the car with a sledge hammer. So glad I didn't have a flat tire along the road. I worked at a tire shop before and any tire that is tight to get off or corroded should have the center hole and spindle cleaned and greased. After six months since they changed my wheel bearing, I now have a shudder that is unbearable when braking so I tore into it to find all of the tie rod type ends this Passat has a lot of parts on each side of the steering have the boots torn from a tie-rod fork. This let water and dirt in and now all of the parts are worn very bad. When I picked up the car after they were "done" with it the low brake pads light was on. I replaced the brakes and rotors all the way around just two months before they tore into the car. I went right back in and they jacked up the car on the floor and didn't even take the tire off to inspect it closely. They said all the connections were fine. After seeing all the ripped boots I now see why they didn't want to take the tire off in front of me. Cheaper in the end to just go to the dealer and have it fixed correctly. I wish I could post a photo so you all could see these ripped boots and how evident it is they were torn with a tie-rod fork. |
