J W | Most Jewelry items in the Piqua, Ohio shop are priced a bit on the UP side of "average,"; a few are set at or near maximum retail, However, you can be sure you're getting what you paid for. While they can do simple jewelry repairs, it takes an inordinately long time; of the three visits for ring sizing, for example, not one of the rings were finished in less and 12 days -- the longest lead time was 26 days. A necklace repair the clasp was back after 14 days and the quality was top-notch. An 19ct earring-clip repair was returned after about three weeks with a no-can-do so we took it elsewhere for an okay-repair job completed in under a week. If you're needs lean towards quality and assurance the Dugan's is a good place to go. If your needs are for fast repair service, I can't recommend this shop. |
Anna Harshman | Been dealing with Andy for years. He is the best! This has to be the best pawn shop around. Might not give you much on items you pawn. But they have to make a profit too if you lose your item. I prefer them over Cashland any day. |
Stephen Crabtree | Guy working the counter was rather rude you have a sign right by the door you'll buy anything but show up with a bunch of stuff and they wouldn't even look it over and most of this stuff was in new condition. Drove a hour to come here thanks for wasting my time. |
