This place definitely deserves higher rating. I was very impressed by the service provided by Jeff Jordan. He was awesome. He fixed my refrigerator and was very helpful.

Never answered the phone. Never called back. Worthless company!

If I have the 0 on the review, I will include it. We have more that 2 weeks not having to use our refrigerator. 1st appointment was ordering the part, 2nd no appointment made tech just called that we are on our way, 3rd appointment was 20mins call ahead and after that tech arrived and claimed rang the bell and knock twice then left. There was no way the bell will ring and I wont hear. my appointment was 8-12noon. The best way to keep appointment is to call on arrival after knocking. The lady that picked up the call was so rude screaming that that is not the way it works as if I have not been a field tech in my life. Tech calls on arrival, it is only when techs are lazy or dont want to work they knock and leave without attempt to reach client. This is an instinct, if I saw 3 cars in the driveway, my instinct will assume we have people at home and let me make an attempt to call the office or client if the door bell is not getting to reach them or I am not knocking enough. It is so sad that I have to call off work to fix a refrigerator all day and still being talk to like a nobody. Poor service! Poor service! Poor service!
