There was no phone call with any explanation or any apology. Instead, we sat around for four hours all three days! waiting for him to come and he just never showed. I have been without my appliances now for almost three weeks with no idea as to when or if he will ever come, as he never keeps any appointment. If you do get to speak to him on the phone, he is extremely rude. I would never recommend this company to anyone. |
