Appliance Repair by My Oreck Store – North Olmsted in North Olmsted, Ohio

Since this Oreck store changed hands, I will never go back. Had 2 bad experiences. I bought 2 Oreck vacuums from the previous owners who were wonderful. Loved my Orecks. Now they don't sell them anymore in the store. With the previous owners, they would service them for free or charge very minimal. This particular smug man when I went in for a clog, said it would be from 70 on up to look at it. I was a loyal customer before, but never again there! He told me they were independently owned and can charge what ever they want. So I walked out and took it to another Oreck, store. They unclogged it for free after telling of my experience. I would also recommend any repairs to your vacuums to Parma Vacuum. The owner is very accommodating and HONEST. He charges minimal. Thank you Great Northern Oreck Store for helping me find better quality, and customer SERVICE ELSEWHERE!!!

This place has definitely gone downhill. I told my neighbor she should go to this store for a Riccar. When she got home from the store, she told me how pompous and condescending the manager was, telling her she doesn't want a certain model she wanted and kept trying to get her to buy this machine she told him multiple times she didn't want. She ended up walking out and was disgusted. I don't know what the guy's problem is. No, I do, his problem is that he lost multiple customers because not only am I telling everyone to never go to this store, so is my friend. We are going to put it all over social media too.
