| Audrey Gorman | The Geek Squad / Best Buy is the largest waste of time and money. The "customer service" people send you to Geek Squad since apparently they can't do anything for anyone. What they dont tell you is they set appointments. Not that it matters bc they just allow any random person walk up and handle their issues. Understaffed, not knowledgeable and expensive. Huge waste of time unless of course you like wasting time and money. |
