| Boban Petreski | I usually don't write many reviews but I decided to take some time and write this time.Our 31 cubic feet LG french door refrigerator/bottom freezer 5-6yr oldstopped cooling/freezing last spring. Paul was very prompt with his response to perform the work that needed to be done.He communicated with LG Service support and they send him all the parts we needed for the repair. He replaced the compressor and the PC board.Once a date was set, he was on time and finished everything to our expectations. He took a little longer than expected but still only charged us what he originally quoted us. Some repair companies quoted us more than the cost of a brand new refrigerator, not even knowing what is the problem I don"t think they will stay in business for a long time and some of them were to busypeak season and was to long time to wait for the repair. Its winter now and the fridge is working without any problems.Very honest and professional and we highly recommend this person for any repair .Thank you Paul. |
