Today, I was charged 190.59 for a job that took 14 minutes and a part that cost less than 25.00. I was quoted a price from 2013 parts list. The technician offered to take the part out. It's two days before Christmas. I need my oven or I would have had them take the part out! When I called the office the lady suggested it should have cost me between 300-400. I could have replaced the oven for that price. Even Amazon sales the part same brand and part number 16.99. |
