Exceptionally responsive when called after hours when our furnace wasn't working. Pleasant and friendly during the visit and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Cory did an awesome job-thank you for giving up your evening to ensure we were taken care of!

I am a established customer with New Knoxville Supply. I called them because I needed my hot water tank replaced. So far I have called twice and have gotten the run around. In my opinion it seems as if they only want to do the big expensive jobs, although replacing my hot water tank would not have been cheap. In the meantime I have found a friendlier more professional contractor to give my business to.

Garbage disposal leaked 3 months after warranty expired,probably was leaking while still under warranty. We were told that is just the way it is. When given estimate to replace they failed to include labor and tax. We were told that they gave us the price of disposal. Figured we were setting up the appointment for install and naturally the would include in price. Had been a customer for 20 years we are very disappointed.
