He returned, and began using the vacuum on our business lobby. It was inadequate, so I sent him back to the Vac Shop less than 60 minutes after the purchase to return it, and they would not honor a return. The person he and I spoke with said they "don't do returns". I asked to speak to the owner, and she said "there's a new owner". When I asked how I could speak to the new owner, she hung up on me. |
